the location was fantastic. It was right in the city center, making it easy to explore and enjoy the attractions nearby. Secondly, the price was very reasonable considering the value I received. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and there isn't much that needs improvement.

Great Location and variety of amenities nearby. We had a wonderful Christmas experience with many options to choose from. the staff was welcoming and helpful. the rooms offered plenty of space and clean facilities.

Limited breakfast options and the bed could be more comfortable. there was some noise from the outside traffic.

The hotel is centrally located, making it perfect for exploring the city and its attractions. With Nagoya castle just a few miles away, it's a convenient spot for sightseeing. The room, although small by American standards, had everything I needed. I was pleasantly surprised to find a small fridge, and the double bed was comfortable. The attention to detail, like providing laundry machines with soap already in them, was a nice touch.

No improvements necessary, everything was satisfactory.

Best aspects were its central location right next to everything in the heart of the city, making it easy to visit all the main tourist destinations by walk. transportation was never an issue as it was very close to the station and bus routes. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed.
